Thanks for the informative video. I enjoy a plant-based keto lifestyle along with 20:4 intermittent fasting daily and a full day fast every Monday. Eggs are a staple for protein along with NOW pea protein powder. I avoid fruits, starches, grains, corn and soy. I have a list of staples but I will divert periodically. I am in a health management phase at 6'-1", 185 lbs. I strive for overall good health and maintaining optimal biomarker levels. I do not take any meds. My smoothies are boring in comparison to yours. I use unflavored NOW pea protein powder, chlorella, spirulina, peanut butter powder and water. I wish you good health.

If you do your bachelors and then do prerequisites for MCAT for medschool then go with that. But if you want to become a dietician then become one and then decide if medicine is your path. Really depends. But I think if your determined for medicine more the first option is best and less years (it's still so many years but you know what I mean). Done medicine myself. Goodluck!
