Recipe:
Pumpkin Bread maker Bread
150ml water/ milk or water with 1tbsp milk powder
1 cup cooked mashed pumpkin or sweet potato works too
4 cups bread flour
2 tbsp avocado oil or any oil
2tbsp sugar
2tsp salt
2 1/4tsp active dry yeast
add in this order to the bread maker and press start~
Korean ground chicken over rice
300g ground chicken
1/2 onion
1/2 carrot
1/2 bell pepper
Take sesame oil and cook carrots ,onions and bell peppers until done.
Add in the ground chicken and add sauce and cook just until the chicken is done.
Sauce:
2tbsp red pepper paste
1tsp minced garlic
2tsp soy sauce
2tbsp allulose syrup or honey or whatever liquid sweetener you want
Shrimp Skewers
sauce
1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
1tbsp allulose
1tbsp soy sauce
Juice of 1 small lime
1 1/2 tsb liquid smoke
1tbsp minced garlic
skewers
shrimp, bell pepper, onion, mango pineapple etc Whatever you want
Skewer everything and lay in the air fryer on parchment paper brush bit of sauce over top. Cook at 200C for 8 minutes. (time may vary depending on size of the shrimp or how cold they were)
Parmesan broccoli
Broccoli, olive oil, garlic salt, Parmesan cheese, smoked paprika
boil the broccoli until tender, but not too mushy. Smash with a glass.
Add a pinch of garlic salt and smoked paprika to each one. Brush on oil. Sprinkle parmesan cheese over top and bake in the air fryer at 200C for 6-10 minutes until golden and crispy.
