Hey, idk if you know this: Never put anything coffee related into this type of kitchen sink. The coffee acids WILL stain it and it’s impossible to get the stains out. I know this because we have a very similar sink at home and it’s brown on the bottom where it used to be beige :(

Hello 😊 I have the same sink. And I had the same problems. Gel chlorine bleach helps me. You need to pour them a sink and leave for 20 minutes and then wash off everything. You'll be surprised.

Congratulations on passing your test!! And I sprt of wish I lived in a nice, remote area like that. I have a park nearby where I live, but the paths for walking are almost non-existent, unless you want to walk on the side next to the cars (which should be driving slowly in the park but so many don't). I have to drive to even get to the park, as it's not super close and there is a lot of heavy traffic on the road leading up to it.

I tried many diets but never lost weight (rather gained it), but then I tried low-carb and a kind-of keto diet and I lost about 10 kilos in a few weeks 😯 My migraines, joint pain and bloating also went away. I don't even do a full keto diet, but I reduced the carbs per meal, avoid gluten and usually only eat two meals per day (intermittent fasting). You can also look up keto success stories if you're interested. Of course different things work for everyone, but I just had to share because it completely changed my life 😊 You can also try slow weighted exercises (for instance by Tallene from 'the Cysterhood'). Especially for women who have hormonal imbalances that type of workout can really help. I hope you achieve your health goals! 😊

There is healthy eating, intuitive eating.
