I really enjoy lifting weights, especially heavy but I also feel great after a cardio session. It very beneficial to mix both together? Aldi rocks, what I love is greek yogurt with chia seeds and honey on top. Such a super food, love it

Hey there.. I do lift weights 4-5 times a week every 5 pm, in the morning I do body weights exercise like push ups and dips and run 10Km twice or trice a week and also love joining marathon..I'm 37 and I'm in the army😅
