Many BBOYS don’t pay attention to their diet which is why they lack stamina and power in their sets. Now that BBOY is going to be included in the Olympics, more dancers should treat themselves like athletes by eating a healthy diet and training hard. Many people wonder why Shigekix has unlimited stamina, I think it’s because he treats himself like an athlete. Good video Shigekix !

I doubt he has, he's taking breaking very seriously now that its in the olympics. The fact that he has insane stamina shows that he doesn't do all these instant gratification habits.👍🏻 Honestly, this is something that I had hoped my idol Issei wouldn't do as he does smoke. Quite evident that Shigekix has the capability to beat Issei now due to him living the right habits

コメントを書いた後しばらくしてまた動画を観ましたが…なんか私の文章おかしいような…🤔って気になり出しました(笑) 💦 洋食・和食の2パターンて表現は変ですよね🤥3食あるし和洋折衷って言い直したいです。洋食・和食って完璧に分かれた内容でもありませんでしたしね(特に昼と夜は)。 美しい映像をパァーッと流れるように見て、しっかり内容が入ってなかったようです(一応2度見したのに)👀失礼しました✨
