I just found your channel today and am really enjoying it. I’m totally with you on trying for so long, all these diets and what not and getting to the point you just can’t stand them anymore. I’m right there. I want to eat nutrient rich foods but get sucked into this deep detailed menu planning and starting and quitting and all that. Your way sounds like a breath of fresh air! 😊

I’m suffering with iron deficiency anemia and I’m vegan any suggestions of how I can combat the deficiency. I’ve been vegan for 3 years now. I don’t know what I can do better to get well and healthy.

Hi! Vitamin C and Vitamin A are integral for proper iron absorption. Try pairing vitamin c rich foods with your iron sources. Hope this helps!

How can that be healthy? Oat flakes are contaminated with mineral oils, phytic acid and nickel. In addition, you remove almost all foods from plastic packaging and then you also take canned chickpeas, which contain 0 vitamins and are contaminated with aluminum 😅

If you’re using that logic for not eating oats, then you shouldn’t be eating any other healthy foods lol. All vegetables contain trace amounts of unwanted substances, but are naturally occurring. Also chickpeas are a nutrient rich food. Sounds like you’ve been listening to a bunch of health quacks.
