I loved this so much, would love more of these,you could make it a weekly thing even 😊 also, love how those who saw just the shorts of you sharing what you drink in a day and assumed you did nothing but drink and knew nothing about health and wellness, while its clear as can be that you are very well educated on the benefits of everything you do. You are more educated and careful about how you treat your body/what you feed your body then most ppl even much older than you. You’re a true inspiration, and the love you two have, the balance you have btwn the two of you creating such a happy healthy love filled home is just heart warming. It's always a treat when you post a new vlog. Seeing what you eat was a bit inspiring. Gave me some new ideas for some healthy meal options. My spouse is gone most of the time for work and I am basically a SAHG. He will not eat veggies so meal options when he is home are limited and I usually only go shopping for foods he likes. This year I have been trying to make myself shop for foods that I enjoy eating, not just what he will eat. I love eating balanced healthy meals so it's helpful when I get inspired to try new healthy meals.

@@kendelkay I do try that for some meals but he can be so picky about some things. I usually just make a couple simple veggie sides as well and then have a smaller portion of the main meal when I am cooking for both of us.

Kendel don’t ever stop being you! You are amazing and your videos are always purely authentic and wholesome. I’m glad that you know your body more than anyone else and you nourish it properly. I feel that gut health is extremely important, after watching your video I will definitely be trying to implement chia seeds more into my diet. I will also be trying the aloe shot. Don’t ever stop recommending organic food choices as well as healthy eating!! You get more nutritional value eating a green salad then drinking a high ingredient green juice that’s been stripped away from its nutrients. Keep up the authenticity, and positive female charisma. We need more real women like you on this earth!!! 🤍

You are not qualified to be sharing information like this, most of what you're saying is wrong as a result of your ignorance and lack of education around nutritional science, and you should keep all of this to yourself regardless of who asks you because misinformation is harmful.

@@user-lh8im2vy8e I actually enjoy a lot of the recipes here that she shared and a lot of the things that she eats are very good for you, so I don’t think we should pretend that she’s completely disqualified for sharing this. She said early on in her video while she was making the muffins that she is not a nutritionist or anything but this is what she has found that works for her and I think you probably are taking this too seriously.

@@Lootoodle That's not an adequate disclaimer--if you're not a nutritionist, then don't share nutritional information with your audience. If it works for her, great--but that doesn't mean she should share it and promote it to anyone else. "I don't know what I'm talking about" means that you should shut your mouth, not that you have carte blanche to spew whatever incorrect nonsense you want to an audience that you know is influenced by you. Nutrition/health and misinformation are both serious issues. In actuality, you're not taking this seriously enough.

I must say you come of a bit rigid, small minded and intense. It’s not really needed here. To suggest that one should not share simply because they don’t have a specific certification is pretty limited and unhelpful. As humanity and community it’s so beneficial to share what we know. What’s important is that we as individuals possess our own good judgement and discernment. And there can also be certified people who are biased in thinking, in it for the wrong reasons (like money vs genuine concern for people) , and/or that do not stay up to date with current studies. So all information we must do our own study. Now this is a “what I eat in a day”. She explains what she eats and why, never claiming that others should do what she does. And it’s what we came for. When we click on the video it is not because she claims to be an expert. You remind me of an old friend. Channel your energy into solution based thinking that benefits people as a whole if you feel called to. Rather then over criticism and judgement. I bet you have a great purpose in this life Not sure why I felt to write out this whole message but I did. I hope it’s good to you Be well
