Hi everyone! Join me for a relaxing day of wellness and delicious food! In this video, I'll share what I ate throughout the day, featuring a very sweet breakfast (but wholesome all the same) breakfast at Josie's Cafe and a comforting home-cooked dinner.
I started my day with a big breakfast at Josie's Cafe after a leg session at the gym. I had a stack of Biscoff Pancakes oozing in the sauce. It was the perfect way to start my day!
For lunch, I made a quick and easy salad with ham, chicken, coleslaw, and lettuce. It was a light and refreshing meal that left me feeling satisfied, helping me get in more protein.
For dinner, my mum cooked a simple and comforting Vietnamese soup- Canh Chua (sweet and sour fish soup). Served it with fried salted sea bream, tofu and kimchi. It was a hearty and satisfying meal that left me feeling full and content.
