Hey! Just came across your channel. Keep up the great work :) When you're doing barbell curls I couldn't help but notice you're swinging your elbows on the essentric and using momentum to lift the weight back up. Try lowering the weight and keep your elbows locked (pointing the floor without swinging them) and you'll notice you work your biceps more! 💪

@@9090z we definitely recommend HOKO. If you get the meal combo, you can taste a few things. It’s nothing out of the ordinary but it’s very comforting! ☺️

Oh goodness, it's probably annoying to be told "Don't mind the haters" but please don't!!!! I hope you feel safer (considering a video where I know you felt unsafe and a person decided to be rude in comments) and that you don't let these moments stop you from sharing your journey!! I found It Ends With Us slow to start with, I didnt think it would end like it did. Not reading the book didn't really know what to expect but it was good overall. Where did u get your brown crossbody bag from?

@@juliennewalsh2962 Hi! I thought the film was shot really well personally, after reading the book. Though there’s lots of mixed opinions out there. I got the bag from Primark a while ago. They have a grey version in store on sale at the moment which has a flap covering the top though☺️

@@Lauren_2534 I used to go with my sister often and then one day, I decided to go on my own. It has been one of the best things to do for myself! I do feel safe there, just wish I had someone with me for the walk down sometimes 😅 One of the best beach scenes in England 🩵

Goody's back in the 90s were incredible and so much cheaper. Only few people would go to Mcdonalds back then. But over the years they became very expensive and less tasty

We have great traditional food for all hours on a day. Morning.: tyropita, bugatsa, spinachpita. Noon: Pastitsio, Gemista, Choriatiki salat, Feta cheese, Giouvetsi, Night: pita gyros, Souvlaki.

Thanks, I used to choose chicken thighs over breast all the time but, annoyingly I’ve started to become a bit funny when eating chicken! 🍗🥲 Hopefully, it’s a phase that will pass.
