too much protein?!? what?!? your meals and body are literal goals, I've tried so many of your recipes and saved many more and definitely feel like it's been helping my health journey so far. Omg I just noticed I don’t have my protein shake clip inserted! My bad! I had that after I came back from the gym. It’s the exact strawberry protein shake from Ep 43. With that it met my protein goal of the day.

For protein, you have to weight your self ex: if you weigth 160 pounds, you have to divise in 2.5 that make's your kilos and then, you multiply by 2 and there, you have the number of protein you need in a day. Be realy more conscious that is not your weight in pounds that you have to take that much protein, it's by your kilos. If your weight is 160 pounds, you kilo is 64 so that mean said you have to eat 128 g of protein. But if you weigth 120 pounds, you have to eat 96g of protein.
