too much protein?!? what?!? your meals and body are literal goals, I've tried so many of your recipes and saved many more and definitely feel like it's been helping my health journey so far. I'm no longer as fatigued, getting sick easily, and actually maintaining muscle for once in my life so thank you and hope you keep making more of these videos!

Amber, I love your content. Your meals always look so good! And protein is good for you especially if you’re trying to make them gains and progress with strength at the gym 😊 I’m 5’2” and around 150-155lbs and if I don’t get enough protein I don’t right. Love you! ❤ 💋

I’m the way you were with peas with Lima beans … instead they ended up on the floor …which my grandma would make me pick up and dispose of .now I make sure NO LIMA BEANS in my frozen vegetable blend

Omg I just noticed I don’t have my protein shake clip inserted! My bad! I had that after I came back from the gym. It’s the exact strawberry protein shake from Ep 43. With that it met my protein goal of the day.

For protein, you have to weight your self ex: if you weigth 160 pounds, you have to divise in 2.5 that make's your kilos and then, you multiply by 2 and there, you have the number of protein you need in a day. Be realy more conscious that is not your weight in pounds that you have to take that much protein, it's by your kilos. If your weight is 160 pounds, you kilo is 64 so that mean said you have to eat 128 g of protein. But if you weigth 120 pounds, you have to eat 96g of protein.

Nah, 1 gram of protein to each pound you weigh, or your goal weight, is what you should be aiming for
