Soo…..if you don’t track your macros, how do you know your breakfast is 30g of protein? AGR how do you keep track of eating 130g of protein a day…..?

When I meant I don’t track my macros I meant by I don’t plug in my macros in an app and do it every single day. Since my goal is 130g - 140g protein a day. The only thing I calculate is my protein, I just add it all up in my head as I cook. That’s what I meant.
