Great content! Very inspirational. I would highly reccomend eating more red meat and animal fat and less carbs and veggies. If you look at the actual micronutrient levels beef and beef liver are far more nutrient dense than spinach. Also many plant vitamins are less easily digested and absorbed than animal form vitamin. Look at vitamin A for example. You need to convert the plant form beta carotene into retinal the animal form before it is absorbed by the human body. The conversion ratio is about 12 to 1. The only thing beneficial about veggies is they are high in vitamin e and c and k. All things can get by eating fruit. The issue with veggies is they have a lot of plant defense compounds to mitigate over grazing by herbivores. Check out eat like a human by Dr. Bill Schindler who is an anthropologist if you want to understand how to eat optimally based on ancestral food preparation

This is the most depressing thing I've seen all day. Food shouldn't be purely utilitarian. No toppings on the oatmeal? Rice and broccoli for lunch? Come on man you can still have a healthy diet and eat like you actually appreciate good food... Literally no flavor in any of that except maybe the berries
