the "goo" liquid in chickpea cans is called aquafaba and its an amazing vegan alternative to egg whites, can be used to make vegan meringues and mousse 😍😍😍😍

Hi Emma been loving all your videos lately! They’ve made me change my life style and start meal planning and exercising and I really do feel better by just doing it for one week! Today though I feel really tired and am forcing myself to do cardio tonight and treating myself to a take away but then there’s that guilt I get which I know I shouldn’t but very frustrating! Am wondering if you ever just felt exhausted the first few weeks of exercising and meal planning and how you may have got over that hump! I know you’re very driven which is amazing and I also know you say to listen to your body but I dno if it’s my being lazy or I have to rest hahaha, anyway sorry for the ramble!
