God it is refreshing to see someone actually season their food. A lot of other health channels are like "throw some salt and pepper on there" i need flavor, yall. Flavor.

I was thinking that, you see a lot of recipes and their seasoning recommendations add no flavour to the dish what so ever. She goes for it!

Yes to the granola recipe, also noticed that the mug of positivitea at the beginning was a different size was this just a test size at the beginning as i love that its slightly bigger xx

the "goo" liquid in chickpea cans is called aquafaba and its an amazing vegan alternative to egg whites, can be used to make vegan meringues and mousse 😍😍😍😍

She has discussed this briefly in her weight loss journey video (she swapped out various parts of her average dinner for different options, turning brown foods to green foods or something to that effect). Might be worth watching that one xx

I make a sweet vegan sauce using almond butter and dates, it's basically caramel sauce but it's pretty much the same thing as toffee I think

I only recently found your channel and now I think I’m addicted! I love your what you eat videos and I always get inspiration from them. I struggle a lot with healthy eating and just knowing what to make, I’m lazy with food and I don’t seem to have much imagination when it comes to it either. The hardest part is planning and prepping so it’s great to see you do it - I never even know what to buy 😞. So I will defo be stealing your nourish bowl recipe! I’d love to see another what you eat in a week video... so we can see what you prepped and how you then used it. Oh and yes to the granola recipe! 😊❤️ Thanks! Can’t wait for this weeks vlog! 👀

Hi Emma been loving all your videos lately! They’ve made me change my life style and start meal planning and exercising and I really do feel better by just doing it for one week! Today though I feel really tired and am forcing myself to do cardio tonight and treating myself to a take away but then there’s that guilt I get which I know I shouldn’t but very frustrating! Am wondering if you ever just felt exhausted the first few weeks of exercising and meal planning and how you may have got over that hump! I know you’re very driven which is amazing and I also know you say to listen to your body but I dno if it’s my being lazy or I have to rest hahaha, anyway sorry for the ramble! Thank you so much for all your content one of my fav you tubers to watch!!

Apple crumble porridge used to be my jam. If you're feeling extra, crumble a gingernut biscuit on top and it transforms it 👌

Blending up some dates into a paste is a lot like caramel or toffee, a layer of that in the banoffee pie would be 😙👌🏽
