She's eating a well balanced diet ~ I think some people, especially in Western culture, are used to large portion sizes so when they see portion sizes that are actually appropriate ~ people freak out. Ballerinas are extremely disciplined and it shows in their diets as well. She looks healthy, balanced and happy...if you have a problem with that, you might want to take a long look in the mirror and ask yourself why her happiness and health bothers you.

Since other people felt the need to comment on the size of your breakfast I thought I'd give my two cents as well. For my first meal of the day I eat very little (usually only fruit) because personally eating food as soon as I wake up makes me nauseous. On days when I work that means that my next meal is lunch time but on days I have off I usually would eat a meal in between breakfast and lunch and that's like my actual breakfast. I think it's important to remember that whilst you may not be able to eat the way Luna does, it may be perfectly okay for her to eat that way. People's bodies and the way they get their nutrition is different depending on the person. So don't be too quick to assume that everyone needs to be like you.

To all you pretend nutritionists on this feed trolling what is actually a totally healthy diet, leave this lady alone. The amount of calories and fat content in nut butters, chia seeds, and tahini and the amount of carbs and sugar in bananas, chia seeds, and pineapples, not to mention the carbs on all the vegetables actually make what she's eating a completely healthy and balanced diet. While the diet is comparatively lower carb than say a high processed food diet, it's not even drastically low carb and it's certainly not NO carb and NO sugar like one person was commenting below. Vegetables and fruit have carbs -- in fact bananas and pineapples are loaded with carbs. Fruit is especially high carb and high sugar. It's just naturally occurring as opposed to processed. And that LaCroix isn't exactly low sugar or low carb either but it is healthier than say drinking a mountain dew or a coke. In fact..her diet looks like she's able to ingest more vitamins and nutrients than what a normal westerner eats. And she eats all day. Her food choices are just healthy. She eats at home, makes her own food, and chooses to eat whole foods. What's wrong with that? There's nothing wrong with eating pizza, or ice cream, burgers with the bun, fries, or whatever you choose to eat in your daily life. But don't knock this girl for choosing a healthier diet.

For people who are saying she's not eating enough, she is eating around 1800 cals. Thats completely healthy for a teen girl. I'm 135lbs, 5'6, dancer and when I researched how much is healthy for me with cals, it said 1600 to 1800 is the ideal if I don't exercise. She looks thinner and about the same height as me so I will assume this follows for her. She also stated in the video she eats more on days she dances. Plus just think, most of these foods are "filler" foods meaning they fill you up quickly which means that she has healthier meals and snacks throughout the day. She doesn't starve herself, she just eats healthy. Calm down.

I think I have to agree with Milos Markovic on this one. I do see a lot of nutrition deficiencies from Luna which concerns me. Perhaps she did not show us her drinks other than in the morning but I see a calcium/vitamin D deficiency in her meals. Strong, healthy bones are important for every woman , especially if she is dancing because injuries can occur- your intake of food may impact your ability to heal. The lunch looked great although a bigger portion may be needed, I am unsure of the nutrient calculation. Supper looked excellent. Breakfast did not seem enough to me, perhaps if she again doubled the portion, however from my understanding she does not have much of an appetite in the morning. The low-carb diet is great however the fibre is lacking which is correlated with colon issues- though I did see some seeds and small portions of fruit.

Someone can only eat meat and feel legit ELECTRIFIED. Some can eat on a keto diet and feel on top of the world. Some eat more than others and some eat less. It’s whatever works for you. A few weeks ago, I only had a snack and a meal a day. That’s because I was only in my room and I was never active. Now, I eat more because I workout 3 times a day and I absolutely love it. ❤️❤️

No offence but you are not going to develop properly from eating that few calories a day. Will you be thin as hell? Yes. But healthy? No way girl. And I don't think this is something that your girls should be watching...its not a good example at all. Sorry for being harsh but its true. I developed an ED from watching videos like this...

I agree with everything except that videos CAN be blamed for girls developing eating disorders. Its so common that young girls compare themselves to others, and think "if they can eat like this and look good, then so can I" even though they may be needing a lot more calories. I know because we talked about this almost every day when I was in hospital recovering. Social media has a HUGE impact on your girls.

I agree Luna's portion sizes were very small (although supper looked great). With her platform online her showcasing her meals she does have the potential to influence poor eating habits to young girls. More so I think KZbinrs present their idea of perfection when it comes to meals-whether they realize it or not. Not sure what goes on psychologically with the young viewers but I am sure this idea of perfection pops up- afterall she is not just showcasing her meals, but her lifestyle. Whether disordered eating can or cannot be blamed on her is a moot point. The issue here is that young girls are impacted by media they choose to watch, which may require damage control. My concerns are not about young girls attempting to replicate her habits, but rather how they see themselves in comparison to her. How they feel and interpret themselves.

Yes her breakfast seems a bit small, but i know a lot of people (including athletes and dancers) that can't stomach a lot of food in the mornings. The salad she had for lunch was in a HUGE bowl and dinner was decent portions. She also had lots of healthy fats which add calories. I am huge on fitness and healthy lifestyle, and i myself have dealt with eating issues (both under and over). She's not eating a ton of sugar and eats whole foods, so i see no reason to bash her. Quit trolling her videos! If her diet "triggers" you, don't watch. This is not presenting a "bad example". I could show you worse.

No one is bashing Luna here. We are voicing our concerns for her nutrition and how people interpret themselves while watching social media. In the event Luna is unable to stomach food in the mornings because of her dancing, that is fine. However she still needs to ensure she is getting proper nutrition. I agree her dinner looked great if you read my original comment. I am glad to hear you are interested in health/fitness, Heather and I cannot imagine what you have gone through with your eating disorders. She is not eating junk food from what I have seen in the video, but that does not mean she is receiving adequate nutrition. Her diet and videos do not trigger me, I think she is a wonderful person. I am however debating and discussing the impact KZbinr videos have when it comes to diet. Luna allows people to comment on her videos, and none of what I said is hateful (assuming your comment was directed towards me). I never referred to her as a bad example, I did though state there is an impact youtubers have on girls and that it is worth investigating. Have a wonderful day.

Hello how are you? One question, the song that is behind at the beginning of the video is from "Rex orange county sunflower" but in "format" guitar? Thanks
