Pump an extra 5minutes on the right side to help balance it out. Or do an extra pump session for just your right side. Do that for a few days and it should help.

There is an oatmeal I just found recently called better oats steel cut maple brown sugar with flax seed. I add a little extra brown sugar and it is so delicious. I've been eating it sometimes twice a day for the past month, still not tired of it yet. It also comes in easy packets. I also make smoothies with flax seeds, Brewers yeast, cocunut, almond milk, and frozen fruits

Good for you. There’s something to be said about exclusively pumping. The exhaustion, never having a free moment, constantly attached. I do it too with the exception of night feedings. Keep it up

so true. it really is mentally draining. hope everything is going fine for you. there is an herbal formula "healthy nursing tea" by secretsoftea.com for increasing the supply if the letdown isn't going well. do check it for good

I just want to say I love your videos... I’m 20wks in 3hrs and my plan/goal is to exclusively pump. While I am not working and don’t plan on going back to work for a little while after baby, I think exclusively pumping would be the best decision for me. My husband works nights and I think it would be beneficial to help him bond more when he is awake in the day and give me a break/time to rest when he gets up in the afternoons. I’m halfway there but I’m preparing myself in every way possible because I know either way breastfeeding is hard. Thanks for the content and for being another person to normalize pumping.

I’m new to your channel and love your videos about pumping! I was an exclusive pumper for my first child and I felt so isolated as far as moms who could relate. There we’re not a ton of resources available for moms who only pumped but feeling judged by other moms was the worst. Thank you for sharing your experiences!!!

I am 5mpp and pump 5x a day for 30 to 40 mins with my Spectra S2 using pumpin pal flanges. For the first 12w I pumped 7 to 8x a day. Some time I power pump. I have also used a baby buddha pump which is great for portability.

Omg I had no idea we could drink protein shakes while breastfeeding. I don't have a lactation consultant so it's hard for me to know what I can take while breast pumping. I have been exclusively pumping for 6 months. It's hard work! But so worth it! How do I like those upspring breastfeeding powders? I really want to try them out. I have noticed that my I hit the 6 months that mark, my milk has decreased. I use to get 12-14 ozs every morning and not I just get 7 or 8 if I'm lucky. I'm drinking mother's milk tea, but not seeing much of a difference. Do u think u can make a video of the vitamins and other items u were or are taking to help with ur milk supply.
@sarawilliams83135 жыл бұрын
congratulations for your persistent efforts, exclusive pumping is really hard to continue with and coupled with low milk supply makes it more complicated, I have been doing it with my youngest and drinking "healthy nursing tea" regularly which literally was a great help. you can learn about it on maternitytea.com
@jessica_abrahan27285 жыл бұрын
@@sarawilliams8313 thank u! Yes very hard to stay motivated when u have low milk supply.
@gladisjauregui79775 жыл бұрын
Hi Jessica I am also exclusively pumper, reading comments like yours give motivation to keep pumping and not supplementing with formula. When I pump I always get 5 oz. For how long do you pump? And how often. I pump every 3 hours for 15 min
