My hunger changes everyday, sometimes I eat way more and other less, I follow an intuitive diet and I'm not trying to loose weight. Also I'm 5'2 and at that time I didn't have a very active lifestyle. With this video I don't want people to follow exactly my portions, I just wanted to show few of my italian dishes
