I feel like comments from the last couple of videos badgered you into making this video. When you make video about once a week, I would think that people would understand that they dont know what you are eating the rest of the week, and you aren't a nutritionist channel. I usually always cook healthy, but I did not ever think that your meals were bad. People just enjoy the sweet nature of Jessica and be happy.

I love this new direction Jessica!😍 Making good choices allows you to splurge occasionally!😘 Eating one peanut butter cup after dinner is better than eating a big slice of cake!😋 I love cottage cheese with fruit and I like adding it to dishes I cook. I've always used it in lasagna instead of ricotta and I've been using it spaghetti bakes. It melts when you cook with it and comes out so good.☺️ There are so many things you can streamline when you're cooking meals! Sometimes just decreasing quantities of some ingredients helps it be lighter. I think most of us would like to see lighter meals and everything you make always looks delicious!😚 Thanks for sharing another great video!🥰

Love the new healthier way you’re choosing. I hope this continues because while I love to watch you I can’t make or eat 99% of the foods you normally make. Also if you decide to stick to oatmeal try to switch to sprouted Non-GMO oatmeal. Because oats are highly sprayed with chemicals and glyphosates. Excited to continue on this journey with y’all.
