Perfect meals! Estrogen dominance is something not many women address, I also like the benefits of mushrooms in the diet. Also great for that but has properties where a small serving of mushrooms daily can slash the risk of women’s breast cancer risk by 65%

Prometabolic basically eat whatever you want as long as it's not processed food.

It's more like eat what your body craves and adapt your diet to your needs. For instance if you have hormone issues you can adapt your diet to balance that out. Or if you have brittle nails, skin etc you'll adapt your diet to that as well. Unlike other diets, you don't follow a bunch of rules. There is as many pro metabolic diet as there is people in the world. It's also very minimalistic, no overcooking or overseasoning
