Perfect meals! Estrogen dominance is something not many women address, I also like the benefits of mushrooms in the diet. Also great for that but has properties where a small serving of mushrooms daily can slash the risk of women’s breast cancer risk by 65%

Honestly I am just learning all about it myself! But I do love adding in mushrooms into my diet too. Super yummy and nutritious!

When I was little we used to add a raw egg into our smoothies and I started to do it again ever since I srarted incorporating more metabolic meals into my life.

Your home looks amazing 😍 My little guy is still younger but he always wants my plate more than his own already lol. It was really helpful to watch this as I begin my pro metabolic journey.

Prometabolic basically eat whatever you want as long as it's not processed food.

It's more like eat what your body craves and adapt your diet to your needs. For instance if you have hormone issues you can adapt your diet to balance that out. Or if you have brittle nails, skin etc you'll adapt your diet to that as well. Unlike other diets, you don't follow a bunch of rules. There is as many pro metabolic diet as there is people in the world. It's also very minimalistic, no overcooking or overseasoning
