Thank you for sharing this haul! I have a 3 y/o and 9-month-old so figuring out the best places to buy things and to get the most for my money is sooo important. I'd go crazy too shopping at several stores each week 😬

Thank you so much! I’m trying to eat more pro-metabolically which is how I found you, so I really enjoyed this video.☺️

how is it going for you so far?! Happy to hear that!

@@PaulinaAllure I’m loving it so far! Its really made me realise how much nutrition I was missing out on by eating vegan replacements instead of the real thing.

I saw Jovial at Walmart but it’s not with the regular pasta but with the gluten free

@Paulina Allure I am just starting to learn about the pro-metabolic way of eating. This haul video is certainly helpful, so thank you for that. Btw, from which Costco did you order? I am in New Jersey and can't find those organic frozen cherries at any of my local Costco locations. They have been out of them for at least a year or more.

I am in New York and honestly every Costco is so different. I See others have some cool items we don't carry either so we just have to do with what we got I guess!

I use King Arthur, but I have had zero success with their all purpose for sourdough. I tried multiple times as a starter and as flour for the loaf and it either wouldn't ferment and/or wouldn't proof. their bread flour and whole wheat have been great for me though! I'm still trying to learn about pro metabolic. I still find it curious that there's so few men talking about it.

Anyone tried salt rising bread? It's delicious for an acquired taste

Thanks for the video, but I don't see any principle behind the prometabolic way of eating other than it's similar to what I want to eat. I agree it's closer to the actual (more relevant last 10 thousand years) ancestral diet than say carnivore, and that really has to be the most important consideration for what our bodies expect.
