Oh Jen, don’t be so hard on yourself. We love you! This year has been difficult for me- I went into the hospital Friday for a procedure and had a stroke. It’s incredibly hard to navigate.

I’m on Semaglutide and it has been a game changer for me. I lost 50 pounds so far in 6 months. I never had to worry abt my weight until the past 2 years and then I had sooo much trouble getting the weight off I had gained until Semaglutide! I actually just recently switched to Zepound because I was paying for the Semaglutide through a med spa for 250 a month but my insurance now pays for it and I only pay 3.00 a month. Good luck Jen!! You got this!! ❤❤❤

I knew it would help you. Bravo, I’m glad you were able to get on it. It helps me a great deal. I’m diabetic and Ozempic is the only thing I have to take. My A1C has gone down to levels of pre-diabetic. It totally shuts down the food noise.

You have nothing to apologize for. You post regularly enough. We always enjoy more content, but we don't own your time. The most important thing is that you enjoy what you are doing. We can see that and it makes us enjoy your videos even more. BTW, Oikos Pro yogurt has great flavor (I love the banana), 20g of protein and 3g of total sugar.

Please don’t fell bad for taking some ‘help’. I myself took compound semaglutide and was able to get to a healthy bmi in 5 months. I actually stopped taking the injection back in August and haven’t gained anything so far. I just want you to know this medication is amazing and I was so successful and you don’t have to stay on it long term to be successful. I hope you get my same results!

I’m so glad you have come around to Semaglutide. Yes! Stick with it. It can get rocky but so worth it. I think you will find you don’t need to count calories. You can eat intuitively now. Love you Jen! Don’t apologize. You are awesome. ❤

Two videos in one day? Heck yeah! We're spoiled! 🙌 Also, thank you for bringing to light Semaglutide and its use for weight loss. There's so much stigma against it but as someone who also works in health care, it's really reassuring to see how there's options for people who need the extra help with diet and weight management. We're learning that weight and our hunger cues are so much more complex than what was thought before and if we can make our populace healthier with the help of a drug (on top of habit changes and education)? I say go for it! I love that you're using your own voice, knowledge, and experience to help show how this drug can be effectively used. On top of it all: drugs like Semaglutide are even being found out to be helpful to treat other habitual behaviors like gambling. The brain is a final frontier for a reason. 🧠 Finally: no apologies needed. Take care of yourself, first. Your mental and physical health come first. And the content you do put out is so high quality/fun/informative. All the best! 💪

Life eves and flows and I expect to see that in all the peoples videos that I watch and have watched for years and years and years. That help me remember that people take time off for self care and go on vacation and holidays celebrations change from year to year and it’s normal.❤ (I have ADHD, CPTSD, MDD, Anxiety, Fibromyalgia, myofascial pain, syndrome,ME, osteoarthritis and several other chronic diseases & chronic conditions that made me just impressed at the amount of things that you and your family are able to get done every week. The four of you just amaze me.❤ sending hugs to all four of you😊

I have about 25 lbs to lose and my doc started me on Phentermine. It has been life changing and I have to force myself to eat. I have zero cravings and haven't touched loads of carbs and sugar like I used to. Now funny thing is..I noticed I could focus better and actually get the things done I always had trouble doing. Turns out being on Phentermine showed me I actually have ADHD! My doc said alot of women who were undiagnosed, found this out after taking this med. It works like Adderall I guess. Saw a psychiatrist and he put me on Adderall and I have been able to stick to good eating habits and exercising now!! Man I wish I woild've spoke up all these years with how I was struggling just functioning daily😛

As much as I enjoy your cooking videos, you could always just do random videos showing your life in general. If that’s something you would be interested in doing to keep your channel easier for you to maintain on the times that you’re really busy like traveling with family and just stay in the life or whatever And then also do cooking videos when you have time. or not I’m just suggesting something so you don’t feel so much pressure to have to actually do cooking videos. I love your videos and I think that people would watch them even if you’re not cooking just like when you travel for work. ❤

I had the bracca gean test done because my Aunt an sister had breast cancer and my grandfather died from liver and pancreas cancer. My Mom died from colon cancer. My % is 21.3% and the average person is at 15% or less. I'm doing both MRI/mammogram every 6 mths just like you. TFS your results. It's important to get your mammogram 🙏🙏😘😘😘

You really should try in the coming year and maybe spend more time at home with your kids since they are growing up so fast. They will be gone out of the house before you know it. Stop and smell the roses so to say.
