Hi Claire, hope your house sale went ok! How is your granddad doing? I've had the SW curries, I make my own pilau rice, using the SW recipe, and I preboil the rice then fry it off with the spices, chickpeas and frozen peas and onions, yummy

Just had week 1 and only lost 2lbs - I was disappointed really but I’m going to put my trust in the program and hope it works. Hi Jane I’ll show them in the next one as it was a bit of a practice run , you warm the draw on low heat o use roast at 130 airfry doesn’t go that low, pop your eggs in I done 9 min with 4 eggs but they were hard and we wanted a runny middle, take them out and pop them straight in ice cold water again I just used cold as no ice 🤣 once I get the timings it should be good 👌🏼
