Love me some pesto! In the summer, I have an herb garden so at the end of the season, I always make a big batch of pesto and freeze it in ice cube trays. That way, I have it on hand! I just take it out and let it thaw and boom, ready to use. Yum! Everything looks delish, by the way!

For the Raw BBQ Sandwich- Get a food processor (there are mini ones too!) that has a fine shred plate! Then you can shred several days worth of carrots in just a minute or two, and save those poor knuckles!
