Such an inspirational video with some really sensible advice and real life evidence of the benefit of recovery..... Loved seeing you enjoying the picnic with your friends and enjoying your nan's food. So true that we shouldn't reject the love provided by others when they bring you food out of love ❤️ So good to hear about your take on extreme hunger and the difference from bingeing, then finally your body trusting you and sending you appropriate hunger cues. So glad you are able to talk about what led you to your eating disorder.... Such an important part of recovery, processing what's happened to you. Must admit that I'm glad to have got through the Easter weekend eating normally and not using any Ed behaviours 😊❤️🐣🐇 thank you so much for your lovely reassurance. So calming and compassionate Lovely to see you getting on well with your brother again, so emotional watching this end part of your video. (in a good way) aww honesty you're such a beautiful soul. You definitely deserve the chocolate you ate and shouldn't be feeling guilty. Don't allow the Ed to make you feel that way. You got this 💯🙌👂💞

I know I late in watching and commenting but better late than never. Millie, this was beautiful. I love it. Sooo encouraging, you did post it on Instagram too but I loved loved loved the video sooo much. It's sooo encouraging to know that you do still do recovery even if all those feelings/thoughts/urges come up. It's sooo inspiring to know that you can and are capable of a far better future without an ED or at least in the thresh hold of it. I'm sooo proud of your achievements and accomplishments. You are soooo Beautiful and encouraging without a doubt. I also did participate in the week of challenges, idk if you remember me on Instagram, but it was sooo recovery focusing..idk lol. Thank you for that. I didn't feel soo alone, so lame and so weird. You did it too which was the best part of it all. I also really like how you advise people in here and on anything you post anywhere that it's not all you eat because that can cause damage to some others who struggle and it could potentially influence others to do badly but no you say that facts. It's def okay that you don't show all the foods too, I agree, it can be disordered or triggering to others...your on top of that sh** lol. Well I'm here for you. I know you've had rough points but your human just like any other...your real, your you. Which I loooove lol. I'm sooo weird. Love yah sooo much Millie. Glad you have a great support system. You are strong, you are capable, you are Incredibly talented (dang those baking skills, hence the granola), sooo empowering, soo beautiful, sooo caring, respectful and responsible as well as intelligent. 🖤👍🕊️🥊💖🍫🐰🤸👏🥣☕🤯🍔🍟💯👍💖🍨🌄📺💞

I genuinely wish you were my friend! :3 your so positive and strong! Its contagious!!!!! I've been in recovery for my ED for almost a year now and fought through and conquered a lot of fears, barriers and restrictions but despite that, one thing seems to always remain, my fear of "junk food" especially chocolate. I feel terrified I'll go crazy and binge with just one bite of a chocolate bar, so I don't allow myself to even touch it. Easter was difficult and I still have a lot of easter chocolate I haven't touched, I want to have some but now Easter is over I feel as though I shouldn't as the occasion is over but seeing this has actually made me want to try ❤️ So thank you 😊 [side note; eeeeee I love granola too!!! Obbessed!!! 😄]

Hiya, i have anorexia to and I’m in recovery and weight restored and I really want to stop counting calories and eat intuitively again but my parents won’t let me they want to count my calories to make sure I’m having the correct amount each day. It’s really frustrating and triggering and I have already had so many conversations on it but they still won’t stop counting my calories, they always say how much is in that or this, it’s so triggering when I’m trying to recover properly. Can anyone help me with this please? Thanks x

How do you tell your parents you think you have an eating disorder?
@catrinletrain3 жыл бұрын
Hii! You can tell them however you want to!! If you want to talk to them face to face, go for it! If you think it would be better to tell them by writing a letter, you can also do that! Just make sure that you know what to say and do it in a way that is the most comfortable for you. But it's already a really big step to just thinking about telling them, so I'm proud of you for that :) and also know that if they react badly or if things do not go exactly how you wanted them to be, you are still valid and sick enough and you are still amazing and so strong and deserving of help. I hope this can help even if I'm a little bit late and I wish you the best in the world!!

do you ever get full from a meal early on, but a part of you still wants to finish it? :/ I’m weight restored as well so I’m allowed to not finish meals now but I’m just struggling a lot with trying to intuitively eat and I kinda miss just the mechanical eating.
@simplyarwen60283 жыл бұрын
Then go back to mechanical eating. Plus, if you want the rest of the meal, have it! Your body will figure the rest out ❤️
