Neisha, just love your videos. I have been Carnivore since February 1, 2022 (11 days) I eat nothing but animal products. I fast 20 hours a day. My carbs are less than 10 per day. I test my ketones with my blood meter. The highest I have gotten is .04! Not losing weight either. I am SO discouraged. I walk 4 miles a day. I feel great but no results!😩what am I doing wrong? Congratulations on your baby girl. I am so excited for all three of you. 😘

Im starting keto next week im 11months postpartum and 18 weeks pregnant with baby #2 i gained a lot of weight with my first i was 160lbs before but didn’t look like it my weight was mostly in my thighs and ass but at the end i was 250😩😩Now im at 219lbs and i don’t want to gain any weight for this pregnancy i wanna loose some while pregnant so that’s pretty much why im starting keto and i love your videos❤️!!

Somebody has probably said this but I'll put it in here anyway. If you don't know how old the eggs are put the egg in a glass or a bowl full of water. If it floats to the top it's a bad egg. If it lays on its side on the bottom it's very fresh. If it sits on its end at the bottom it's still good. But if it floats throw it out.
