What I Eat In A Day | Surprises, Gifts, Hormones, and Periods | Sami Clarke
Hey friends,
How are you all feeling today?? If you are feeling not at your best or if it's that time of the month for you, don't worry- I get it and I can relate. These last two weeks have been especially hard for me, and I just want to thank you all for being with me. Making videos like this always help me appreciate the little things.
If you are feeling ready to improve today through any feelings you currently have, then set your intention right now. What are the feelings you want to feel today? Who needs you to show up and to be on your A game? Who can you do something a little special for today? I'd love to know your answers and to hear how you intend to follow through on them.
Also, let me know what you think of the food and if you have any more recipes to try out! I have been incorporating some of the suggestions I have found in the comments section and I just love seeing them.

that’s not a lot of food it is a healthy amount but i wouldn’t say it is a lot. not to compare, but i’m 5’2 and eat 2400. we are all different tho so we should do what’s work for us

@@samantha9164 absolutely! Everyone’s dietary needs are different but I feel like Sami’s diet is more realistic than others I’ve seen on youtube that would leave me hangry! 😂 I can actually get inspo from her recipes ♥️

YOU ARE SO INSPIRATIONAL! i have been working out 20-35 minutes per day and at first, i was skeptical if it would be effective as I use to torture myself and work out 60-90 minutes! thank you for being such an inspiration and making me realize that we can achieve results that are sustainable and not like killing myself. I use to think that in order to get a good workout in, I had to kill myself and work out for AT LEAST 1 hour. as a result, I would literally dread my workout the night before and the morning of. honestly, I was mentally MISERABLE, but now I feel so much freer now that I have let go of that mentality. altho I was able to maintain the workout routine, I do not know if I would be able to sustain it for the rest of my life.

Your what I eat in a day videos are my faveees! they have literally helped me to get back to normal portion size, so thank you for that!! 🥰 seeing someone not counting every calories and rather focusing on healthy whole food diets has been so refreshing in this often so toxic IG fitness industry

I'd love to see a weekly trainings plan you follow! How many arm/leg/full body/abs/ HIIT/ runs/ pilates/ yoga/.... workouts you do in one week and in which row. I love all your outputs! your honesty, motivation and easy meals. Feels like I have very similar rituals and habits, so its nice inspo for me. Thank you! :))

Honestly I have a home gym and it's all mental! A lot of the times I skip workouts even with a gym in my house. I don't mean to take it for granted, but struggle is real when it's mental

omg ppl while watching these kind of videos its good to keep in mind that u dont have to be that hard on urself or workout that much or whatever and IT IS NORMAL TO NOT LOOK LIKE THAT only some ppl have abs all the time but most of ppl DONT HAVE so just keep that in mind ok 😇😇

Definitely try Frozen Fruit "nice cream" it's SO good and made with minimal ingredients. They sell their pints at Erewhon and have a truck and store in Santa Monica. :)

So i have been going through hormonal issues and recently found this awesome woman who has set out to help women with their periods. She is so freaking informative and her podcasts are sooo helpful (if you dont mind fast talkers and no filter). Her name is Monica Yates and she has Feminine as fuck podcast. I really suggest her because she not only knows about periods but she also knows how workouts and diet and lifestyle affect it to the T

Hi! I love your videos and I’ve got a question. I haven’t had my period in 3 years because of my Ed and now I’m recovering and I’ve increased my calories recently, so I assume it’ll come back. But I’m very active and that’s why I’m asking what do you use while on your period? Pads, tampons or cup? What’s the best while exercising? Love you Sami! :)

You so need to read Alisa Vitti’s book called In The Flo. All about your period and how to regulate your hormones etc. It’s a game changer. I heard a fantastic podcast interview with her on Melissa Ambrosini’s podcast that summarises all of her key ideas. It’s Episode 275 on the Melissa Ambrosini Show “Heal your Hormones with Alisa Vitti.”
