This might be such an insignificant thing, but thank you for including the clip of you dropping the first matcha glass. I sometimes feel like some lifes and ppl are just perfect and make no mistakes, but you are honest and make me feel okay with my clumsiness.

This came just at the right time! I bought some persimmons yesterday and was wondering how to include them in my morning porridge - so definitely making this for breakfast tomorrow, thank you Sunny (yes, I know I spelled it wrong but you always make the dull British days feel sunnier when you upload!). Another recipe with persimmon: brussels sprouts salad (and they are in season too). Slice raw brussels sprouts (about 250g), add 1 cubbed persimmon and pear, a handful of dried cranberries (or goji berries but hard to find where i live). if you like you can also add 2-3 tablespoons sesame seeds. For the dressing, mix 2 part sesame oil, 2 parts olive oil, 1 part balsamic vinegar and 1 part soy sauce. Add pepper to taste (with the soy sauce you shouldn't need to add salt). Combine with the salad. Makes a side dish for about 4 ppl. Best to prep the day before so the brussels sprouts have time to soak in the dressing 😁. Also keeps fresh in the fridge for 2-3 days 👌🏻

🍓🍋🍅One of my favorite super rapidly made healthy dishes is🥦🥔🍳, cutting sweet potato into slices and backing them in the microwave, take some frozen broccoli and defrost it pouring some hot water into the bowl. After that, I make some fried eggs. And voilà, you've got a healthy, well balanced, super yummy meal. Especially, back in the day when I did triathlon training and I only wanted to fall asleep when I came home from training, this was my go-to meal. If you are training to lose weight, increasing the number of vegetables (in this case broccoli). Eating a lot of vegetables enormously helps to fill your stomach and therefore avoiding to overeat. =) Bonne appetite.

Sanne, thank you for this lovely video. I have so many ideas now. Since you are sharing kitchen tips with us, here is one: Milking your cucumber releases the bitterness, making it taste fresher. Do this by thinly slicing off the ends and rubbing one piece against each side in a circular motion until foam forms. Hope this makes sense. :)

Little tip when u guys come visiting Italy🇮🇹 Try to embrace our colture by testing different kind of foods, and not only pizza and pasta 🤓 Probably our lack of decent spokeperson in the history, led us make pass this preconception.. but it's only that, a preconception!
