Mi video chustunte haiga, prasanthan ga untundi. Manchi information kuda dorukuthundi. The way u r explaining is very good. Upma ki, idli ki alternative chudali annaru kada. If u want u can use jonna ravva .

For idly rava, millet idly rava is available in the market now. I buy eatmillet jowar idly rava from big basket. Other millet ravas also available. I am using them and is a perfect alternative for normal idly rava. Try them.

Hi Swapna garu, mee meal plan naku familiar gaa anipinchindhi endhuku antene meemu kuda morning hot water with lemon and honey, after same dry fruits +badam, walnuts, pista, but instead of cashew nuts we use peanuts). Will consider ur spring onions n egg curry in my next week meal plan. Naku kuda health consciousness ekkuvee,,😊. All u'r videos are so informative, last 2 videos lo unna points bujo dairy loo note chesukunanu. So nice tips. ❤️❤️

Hi akka wanna ask you few things.. udayam levagane, brush cheyakunda water tagadam manchidena?? Or mandatory ga brush chesake water tagala? Chutney lo pumpkin seeds vesaru. Avi soak cheyakunda veskuna same health benifits vastaya? Coz avi soak chese tinali ani naku chepparu. And fruits anni basic ga mandulu vesi pandistaru kada.. so aa chemicals valla vache nastam ni ela tagginchukovalo chepagalara? Thnku

Hi Supraja... Brush cheyakunda tagithe emi ayipodu... kani cheskuni tagithe fresh ga vuntundi kada... eppudaina ayithe ok... but brush cheskuni tagadam good habit. Pumpkin seeds... yes soak cheskunte best... nenu cheddam anukuntunna... soak chesinavi chutney lo veskovachu. Reg. Fruits annitiki mandulu vestunnaru... ala ani tinakunda vuntene ekkuva danger. Mana body kontha varaku clean cheskuntundi... so mandulu vestaru ane reason ki fruits tinakunda vundadam correct kadu...

Brown rice ayithe just vuka seperate chesthe vachina rice... hand pounded rice kuda polish emi cheyaru.. but vuka seperate chese process veru... aa process lo koncham paina potundanta. Brownrice best kani hand pound rice easy ga tinochu... brown rice tinadam kastam... better to shift to handpounded rice first... this is my suggestion from my experience

Hai Swapna.. I really liked the adding other nuts to the chutney and tikkies..and planning Menu for whole week without confusion.. BTW I too used adding curryleaves to the chutney..it helps to enhances the taste.. Waiting for some more healthy recipies .. If you buy in online share the link for coconut breaking plate... as usual nice content.Tqsm😍
