@@raymy8946 we all love to eat bro!! 😭😭😭. it wont be easy but you will get used to portion control. If you want to be shredded you wont be able to eat til your stupid full and eating all day, or a bunch fast food. But how i consistent is one i enjoy working but the most important to being shredded is diet and i just learn to love it and make it where the diet part is easy and you like the things you eat. Pretty much you love the grind.

@@nickgullett6659 i dont really track protein. It is most important and main focus hit my calaorie target and not go over to cut. But i eat meat, fish and eggs all time and my smoothie has one scoop protein in it. But to count now. Fish-20g protein, burger 30g protein, 2eggs 20g protein, scoop protein 25= 95 grams protein total that day

@@boi9933 thank you. You too!! No i want to be in a deficit to shed off fat so i dont eat back the calories i burn. To be in a deficit u have to burn more calories in a day then you eat. 🤝🤝🤝
