Wonderful video as always Anna! Food inspiration from someone that doesn’t shun carbs or joy is super refreshing and useful. This criticism only comes from a place of love and I hope it doesn’t get taken the wrong way: the music in this one seemed disjointed (could just be my personal hatred for songs that repeat the N word though 🤷🏼♀️). As I said, great video nonetheless!

Weight loss is about eating balanced diet and stay active. Thats how i trim off my big mummy belly. Not go for stupid diet and harsh workout then lay down entire day I always believe workout should be fun and happy thats why i ditch away the traditional boring workout 😀

Hey Anna really loved that video, wanted to ask for clarifications. Ps ofc I’m aware that each body is different and it’s not one size fits all but to get a better idea where u stand 1. Do u lift fasted in the morning? 2. How many calories u eat normally and how much u cut for this loss of weight (if u track) if not 3. I personally struggle with low blood pressure and I feel like if I lower even a little my stomach starts gruelling, but I need to lose body fat for sure, I can’t say I’m on the edge of starving. Any tips?
@annaneubert2 жыл бұрын
1) I mostly lift fasted because I cannot fit in a breakfast before my workouts. I would have to wait about an hour after waking up to physically being able to eat and then wait another hour to digest before working out. Fasted workouts work out just fine for me 😅 2) I do not track calories and I just eat up until I feel comfortably full - not stuffed. Then I put my plate out of reach and call it a day. I always try to opt for healthy options tho. 3) do you mean blood sugar? Because blood pressure is not necessarily connected to food in the way how you describe your symptoms 😅 eat low in sugar foods and loads of veggies to fill you up in between. Having a balanced plate for your mains is key - but I am not a nutritionist so I am not qualified to give out any personal advice 🥺🤝

Do you have a goal weight, body fat percentage or do you track measurements? Just curious how you track progress. I know the scale doesn’t reflect the whole picture. Also, do you do cardio for fat loss? I’ve always heard you can burn more fat if you do weights then cardio since it can take 30 minutes before you tap into fat stores.

how did ur accent go from british-ish and now slightly more American ? 😭😭 As someone who speaks with a British accent but is around a lot of people who have European accents or American accents it’s very fun switching accents and so I’m wondering if that’s something you did ( because relatable ) or is it just a natural progression of your accent 😂❤
@annaneubert2 жыл бұрын
I tend to switch accents since English is not my first language and my accent highly depends on what I listen to mostly! Eg when I am traveling I will almost always switch into a British accent unless the people there are American, but then I have an American accent when I am home idk it’s very confusing but I guess that happens when you learn English as your second language 😩😩😩

is it just me or did her accent completely change. like from first video. to somewhere around the middle sounding British. and now american? don’t get me wrong i love her and her lifestyle it’s become a comfort but just a bit confused.
@atta60252 жыл бұрын
As Europeans our English is influenced by media, our teachers etc. since it's a second/third language. So you kinda have to copy an accent that feels comfortable to you and sometimes that changes.
@annaneubert2 жыл бұрын
ATTA got me right! A lot of people with English as their second language undergo changes in their accents depending on their surroundings. It actually feels different too. I always felt like as if I would be more fluent in American English but could articulate myself better with a posh British accent 🤣 I am very much trying to stick to one right now tho!!

how many calories a day is that diet? How many do you think its good to cut down from our maintenance calories? Im a little bit in a plateau now and I dont want to cut off too much even tho im tempted ..but i know its not healthy... but at the beginning i lost so fast and now its becoming super slow....
@sandyvdh6226 Жыл бұрын
Change your movement and or sleeping pattern instead. Stop focusing so much on the calories intake.. Has your NEAT gone down lately? Are you more stressed? Sleep and hormones may influence you more than the whole " calorie intake between such and such cals" .... Its normal that as you adapt to eating less or moving more you will plateau. So progress with your workouts make them harder/ intenser or do things like carb cycling where you switch between two calorie ( carb amount) targets... Some say carb cycling works for women , others would say IF does. I believe more in the " adapt the movement - calories out " part.... Never go below 1200 calories daily or over hour long intense workouts daily. It s counterproductive....
@florenciajerez8108 Жыл бұрын
@@sandyvdh6226 i have been eating 4 times as much as I used to eat before...I should try to control anxiety that makes me binge eat and unhealthy heavy food and desserts...etc. the movement part i walk way more since I moved to europe. Liebe Anna, das Video ist super. Allerdings sollte man Kichererbsen niemals so roh essen. Da sind Giftstoffe dran, die erst mit erwärmen zerstört werden. Phasin heißt der.
@annaneubert2 жыл бұрын
Hey, die Kichererbsen aus der Dose sind nicht roh, sondern vorgegart weshalb man sie unbedenklich einfach so essen kann! Bei den getrockneten oder bei ganz frischen sollte man sie vorher kochen, das stimmt.
