If you had a vegan restaurant it would be one of the best! Those caramel truffle balls look so good and like they belong in a chic cafe.

These Vegan November videos have had ideas you could make for Thanksgiving. I am making the veggie pie and apple crumble with banana nice cream from about two videos ago. (: A lot of typical thanksgiving foods are pretty simple to make vegan. Cranberry sauce, green bean dishes, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, stuffing without all the eggs/milk/chicken broth.

I discovered you three months ago and I have to say that I love your videos. I'm gluten free because I have Hashimoto, gluten bloats me and give me some stomach pains. I am also dairy free because dairy makes my acnee go crazy. I didn't know about nutritional yeast and I will look for information and see if it's suitable for me. I try to eat healthy food, I cook every every third day, prepare my meals for work and you are always an inspiration :) Congratulations for your videos :)

I love Marmite when eating as it should be . In smaller amounts. When I didn't feel good nothing tasted better than a toasted muffin with a little vegan butter and some marmite very thinly spread. I have found so many more things it is good for especially soups and stews where you want a beefy flavor!

This was so good Jess as always, I was stuck in hospital all last week and I was loving watching these videos on KZbin catching up with all your what I eat in a day series and Vegan November dreaming of what I could cook when I got home - haha - they don't cater very well for vegans in hospital so I had to have two protein shakes a day with my own milk that I had my husband bring in and a really plain vegan chilli every day. So good to be home and able to cook all these amazing concoctions you dream up. Also I was really pleased when I watched your food haul and saw all the things you could get at Holland and Barrett. I buy a lot from Amazon and I didn't realise how many things we can get from there, so thank you for sharing. They even do vegan dino shaped sweets that my children will love and I would never have discovered that had it not been for your videos. So once again, thank you for helping my whole family eat vegan and enjoy it. I never have any complaints when I make any of your recipes, they are 100% child and fussy toddler approved. Thanks for taking the time to film them for us xxx

Oh wow! Look at that mushroom risotto and those truffels. Got to make these. Today I'm making your rose harissa roasted vegetables. I couldn't find fresh long green peppers so I'm using padron style peppers (a bit like Moroccon roulette instead of Russian Roulette only with peppers as apparently 1 in 10 are extremely hot. Tried your raspberry chia seed pudding last week; going to do the same this week except with cherries. Thanks Jess. Have a great day. 👋

Three garlic cloves!!!!!! Oh my days, that would kill me!!!!!!! My ulcerative colitis reacts really badly to garlic, however, the way I get around it is to use garlic infused oil, you get the garlic taste but none of the pain associated with eating actual garlic, works a treat for me.

Amazing video, thank you for being my inspiration every day :) How do you clean your food processor? Is there any quick way to do that? You use it very often so I hope you have any idea for cleaning that as I can't convince my family member to use it as well as they find it hard to clean it few times a day especially after making a dough. Thank you! :)
@JessicaBeautician8 жыл бұрын
Ah thank you for the lovely comment! I usually rinse it straight after I've used it so it's clean for if I use it again during the day but I put it in the dishwasher otherwise - I've had it for almost 2 years and putting it in the dishwasher hasn't damaged it. If you don't have a dishwasher, you could soak it in some washing up liquid and hot water especially after making dough and it should clean much easier :-) X
@zuz11628 жыл бұрын
Thank you! Have you tried putting some water with washing liquid and switching it on? So it "blends" water with the washing liquid.

probably a stupid question, but was the brown rice cooked or uncooked when you originally added it in? and would it still get creamy if i use white rice?

Maya Simantov You add uncooked rice to the pan. Indeed in a risotto the rice is cooked by the absorption of the liquid (Water, vegetable stock) you pour into the pan. And as for white rice, it will do the job too !
