That was fun and educational Vita, thank you! The mandolin (slicer) you use is a staple for chefs and hard core foodies who cook. It is the *Benriner* Mandoline Slicer, made in Japan and been around for decades. The only other brand I would recommend is OXO. Oxo is arthritis friendly and has a dial for specific measurements (1/8 inch, 1/2 inch) etc.

We have the same pancakes in Lithuania 🥰 Just we making them from curd. From very old times people cooking them on a pan, but now as a healthy option everybody offering to cook in the oven. Just I put spelt flour, not semolina. And also I like to blend a curd. And actually yesterday I ordered curd for these pancakes, thought that I’m gonna make them this weekend, because my family also loves them. And today I’m watching your video that you making the same pancakes 😃 We also making very similar curd pie, just baking it in the oven in the cooking dish🧑‍🍳 Also very delish 🥰 And also boiling in the water, just need to do them small like gnocchi 😊 Usually people eat with sour cream, jam, or sugar or condensed milk on the top. But for me this is no no 😆 I eat with plain joghurt, fruits, honey or maple syrup 😊
