✨ Sweet Latte
1/2 tbsp of Agave Syrup
1 1/2 cup Oatmilk
2 shots of espresso
✨ Tofu Toast
Crumbled Tofu
Onion Powder
Garlic Powder
Salt & Pepper
Nutritional Yeast
Spinach
Avocado Mash
✨Smoothie
1 cup Strawberries (I prefer Blueberries)
1 cup plant milk
1 tbsp Flax Seed
1 tbsp Peanut Butter
Frozen Spinach
Cinnamon
✨ Bean & Rice Bowl
Peruvian Beans
White Rice
Sweet Potatoes
Bell Peppers
Avocado Mash
✨Tempeh Dinner:
Onion
Bell Peppers
Brussels Sprouts
Tempeh
Tomato Paste
Vegetable Broth
Nutritional Yeast
Salt & Pepper
🌱BEANS:
Boil Beans for about 30 minutes, drain the first batch of water and add new hot water with fresh onion and garlic and boil for over 1-2 hours until beans soften to your preference.
🍠 SWEET POTATOES:
Diced & baked them on 425 for 25 minutes minutes
seasonings: chili powder, ancho chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, cumin
🍚 BROWN RICE:
Equal parts water & Brown rice
Pressure cook for 20 minutes and allow to naturally release for 10 minutes
