Enjoyed your video. Regarding the WW plan demonising chocolate, there are plenty of zero pointed foods which are zero points some of which have relatively high calories such as salmon, smoked salmon, beans, bananas etc. if you were calorie counting you would have to count all calories. So I think the solution is to choose your plan and stick to it. I follow WW and still eat chocolate. Your pizza looks delicious by the way. Have a lovey weekend xx

Hello. 😀 I can take your point on that and sort of agree with what you’re saying, however, you’ve never find a chocolate bar on 0 point value. A banana is not quite the same as it as eating a piece of chocolate. I know that calories v points are very different and I agree there’s plenty of zero point foods on there like 0% fat free Greek yoghurt but not everyone wants to snack on things like that they want a bit of indulgence and I think that’s where they demonise foods a little bit. 😊 Ofc, this is just my opinion, people need to find what works for them.
