I am on a weight gain meal plan and a bounty is one of my snacks, so I know it is 280 cals, it does me fine, but that is to gain 1 kg a week along side other meals and snacks. I would have to have 2 Malteser bars, but I don't fancy stuff like that so usually a bounty, scone, doughnut, or milk, fruit and biscuit - in case u need snack ideas to put weight back. I think your sandwich looked delectable,I dont eat crisps but you have successfully persuaded me to want to try kimchi!! and even oat bread from m&s. I think you awesome - life, style, attitude clothes, always nails are glorious, and you have cool stuff even to cut a sandwich. thanks for the vlog .x oh and I really appreciate how you are very precise with details in case we wd aim to recreate something, that is really thoughtful and helpful
