TAHINI SALMON & ROASTED VEGGIES BOWL
1 head broccoli, chopped
5 tbsp chickpeas
1 tsp tahini
1 tsp miso
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp maple syrup
1 tbsp water
2 fillets of salmon
6 cavolo nero stalks, de-stemmed and chopped
4 tbsp yoghurt
1 tsp tahini
1 tsp miso
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp maple syrup
1 garlic cloves, minced
1 red onion, pickled in a red wine vinegar and sugar solution
1/2 cucumber, smacked and chopped
1/2 tbsp chilli oil
