It’s really alarming. 😞 (This is coming from someone who posted a photo of my niece 6-7 years ago - my FB was private (friends only), and a “friend” sold photoshopped images of my niece for “content”. Absolutely vile).

I love to see the kids cooking! Bonnie is amazing with those eggs! Great dexterity. I just received my primal Queen Supplements 4 days ago. First I have to say I love the bottle! I love that you only need 2. Truthfully that’s the only reason I got them when you spoke about them on the Live. Ancestral Supplements were just too much. I’d only take 2 instead of 6. Hello Neisha! I’m a new subscriber to your channel. It’s been a couple of months now that my husband and I have been doing research on the foods we should be avoiding and not. And a month and a couple of weeks of us steering to the carnivore diet. We’ve been feeling great! To keep this short, we are currently trying to conceive again. (We have a past of miscarriages and hypothyroidism on my end) So I am now looking into the keto diet as well. I’d love to know if there are any prenatals you recommend? As well as supplements?
