Can recommend a bagel pre run with the banana and honey rather than rice cakes as they have much more carbohydrates and really fuel you better. Rice cakes are very high volume, low carbohydrate foods; so not great pre run

For pre run I usually do rice cakes with maple syrup and sweet potatoes chips from air fryer
