Loved seeing a glimpse into your daily life Ashley! It’s so neat to see daily routines from moms in other parts of the world. Ryker’s prayers melted my heart. Loved that you incorporated recipes from 10 Minute Plan - I’ve loved all that we have tried so far! Thanks for making this video. I would personally love to see more like this because you are such an inspiration, as a mom, athlete, and healthy person! Love from Calgary 🇨🇦

It is so nice to have easy meal ideas in my back pocket if I can’t find what I need for a meal during a shopping trip! Watching your videos has helped me refute lots of fitness/diet/health myths, but I would love to learn more about how dieting can affect your metabolism.

This might be my favourite video you’ve made ❤️ It’s so sweet and down-to-Earth and REAL. I loved seeing what you guys ate (and the little glass of wine and dark chocolate too). For food myths, one I’ve been definitely struggling with during coronavirus time is sugar/carbs! I know it’s addressed in your eating plans but I also remember you saying you have a little dessert every day. Maybe something on what you have, when to eat sugar, time of day, etc. The general “carbs are bad” myth! Especially with so many people doing keto. Anyway, I really honestly loved this and... dang, 6:29 pace! You rock for so many reasons.

You seem like such a wonderful mom. So great that you get your kids outside and provide them with nutritious food. Also seems like you limit screen time which is so rare these days!! Could have done without the brainwashing of the pledge of allegiance but to each their own.
@glowbodypt3 жыл бұрын
Yeah I guess we don't agree there. My husband has been on 9 deployments and still serving, he is a real-life hero but would never say anything like that himself. I served for over 5 yrs and deployed to Afghanistan. We live on post and my kids virtual-schooled for many months with COVID. I am proud to be an American and grateful to live in the USA and be able to serve this country.
@sams91813 жыл бұрын
@@glowbodypt I want to try to answer this as respectfully as possible since I truly enjoy your content on youtube. I do not think the unquestioned worship of the military is healthy for Americans. I do not believe that the United States invading other countries for no good (or internationally legal) reason is something to be proud of. And I think that many countries treat their citizens profoundly better than what the United States government does. I am grateful to have seen enough of the world to realize this and not blindly give allegiance to the country I (by random chance) was born into.
@user-sz1un4ou4v3 жыл бұрын
I wonder if brainwashing would’ve made you a more respectable and nice person. To each their own though. You can’t be pushing your own narrative and be nice though I guess...🤔
@Lucylovesphilly3 жыл бұрын
Hey Sam, I understand where you are coming from, but Ashley is in no way responsible for any of the military/ government decisions you alluded to. I also don’t think that it is fair to say that she blindly supports every decision that the US government/ military makes because her posts on the military center on her family/friends and the sacrifices they have made. As far as I know, every public school in America starts every day with the pledge of allegiance, so Ashley saying it with her kids is not a political statement.
@michellealmonte65953 жыл бұрын
Sam! If you only knew. She is a wonderful mom. She is as good as they get! She tries hard, cares, and loves giving her time, money, and energy to others to make the world better! I’m glad you noticed how awesome she is. Quick question, did you know that the majority of operations conducted by the US military are training operations where units of service members go overseas and help to train militaries of other countries so they can stand up to tyranny in a customized way that is specific to their culture and their present day issues? It’s amazing to actually learn about the jobs military members do. I think the blind worship you’re referring to is more of a ‘thanks be to God’ that we live in such an amazing place where you can live and practice almost everything freely. You mentioned you’ve traveled, but based on your travel, I don’t think you’ve gone to many of the places that military ops are running operations to support other countries becoming free from evil government rule. It can get pretty sick and twisted out there. How amazing is it to be someone who would openly give their life to defend not just freedom in America, but freedom for another person, another religion, another culture, another land - foreign to the one that service member calls home. The military supports far more than your stance suggests. Thank God for the military and the history of the military and the great and ugly jobs the military has done to achieve US freedom and freedom in so many other countries, districts, and provinces across the world.
