It was so helpful to see you track points, calories, and macros. I always struggle with balancing points and calories. I usually end up with way too many points or way too few calories. It was good to see how you can eat 1900-2000 calories and maintain your weight loss and healthy lifestyle. Lots of helpful meal ideas here. Thanks for sharing!

Hi Nikki. Thank you for sharing your week. It’s nice to see someone use more than 18 points a day lol. I always get stressed when I use more than my daily points but after watching your video I think I’m going to start incorporating some of my weekly‘s each day so I can have a few more exciting things to eat and just a plain turkey sandwich lol thanks again for your truly inspiring!

Another gal that I follow (Joan's Pointed Plate) Makes something she calls a "picky" plate That's similar to a sharkuteri board but also she makes deviled eggs that are low point and shrimp as well as the meat meat and cheese and crackers..

Not only are you so talented with your baking but a good cook as well. How do you come up with all these recipe ideas? Seems like you spend a lot of time cooking huh? Everything looks so delicious. Question: it seems like you eat a lot and large portions in a day. Were you eating that much in the beginning when you were losing or only since your maintaining now? Cause if I eat over 1200 calories in a day I do not lose. So frustrating

I feel the same way. But she is burning calories and that is the key - I used to rollerblade 14 miles a day and now don't do any cardio so eating is pain

I just started WW in June. I’m down 12 pounds, which is fantastic, however, I only get 23 pts a day. How are you eating all that food (25-35 pts per day) and staying on track? I make up a couple of points with activity and water, but I’ve never had more than 25 weekly points. I’m apparently not doing something right!

That is awesome! I am currently set to maintenance so I get 26 dailies! If I had it set to lose, I would get 21 dailies! I really make an effort to gain back points for veggies and also from activity but I always use up my weeklies as well!

I use bloom nutrition! I originally started buying their products at the beginning of my journey and became obsessed! After about a year I became an affiliate with them and continue to use their products! I mostly use greens for help with digestion & bloating, collagen for my skin, protein powder after workouts!

I actually don’t have premium either! If you scroll to the bottom and hit the nutrition button (under complete diary) if should show the macros for the entire day!

barebells are protein bars, I've only seen them at Trader Joes they are good, BUT I ate one today and had a horrible gasy stomach ache - they taste like candy and have alot of protien. But Here is of sugar alcohols you may find in the ingredient list: Arabitol Erythritol Glycol Glycerol Isomalt Lactitol Maltitol Mannitol Rybitol Sorbitol Threitol Xylitol Is this a snack or a meal replacement bar? Most bars are marketed as snacks, but buyer beware! Many oversized bars are actually meal replacement bars. They are 200 calories. These are good after a workout a heavy workout. They have plant based ones now, but I don't like the taste.
