If you want to crisp up the lavash crust you can lightly spray it with oil on both sides and put it in the oven for 2-3 minutes before putting the toppings on.

All I would say is I find this very inspirational. I struggle with eating enough on WW that is why I stopped doing it for so long. I have issues using all my extra points. So I have switched over to just watching my macros and staying in a calorie deficit. I work out daily and I burn at least 500 calories a day. Watching calories alone I am only getting 1500-1700 a day which makes me feel like I am still not eating enough still especially as I see that you sometimes have 2,000 calorie days. My goals have changed lately to repair my metabolism and my relationship with food and seeing videos like this really helps.

Nikki, I spray the lavash bread with non-stick and put in the oven for a few minutes to make it a little crispy. Then add the toppings and place back in oven.

The wave at the end from (I'm assuming) Adam. So fun! It is kind of annoying that in order to see the days macros, you have to go into each food to see the totals on WW. Wish they did the total like MyNetDiary or MyFitnessPal does. I double track as well to see where I'm at. Love these kinds of videos!

Great video and ideas. I use the lavash for high protein low cal crunch wraps. I use 96% fat free ground beef, salsa, and sour cream, fold the opposite 2 corners in, and the other 2 corners in to make a semi-circle, then air fry 5 min each side,, CHEFS KISS!!

Same! I love MyFitnessPal but super bummed they put the scan feature behind a paywall so I switched to MyNetDiary which still allows for the scan function in the free app but I don't like it as much as MyFitnessPal. I kind of feel judged because MND grades the foods you track. Oh, that's a D food there. Yeah, I know. Shut up about it - I'm still under my calories. Don't be a jerk. LOL

I used to make wraps with the lavash. Harder to get enough protein when you use 1/2. For a long time, though, I have used the oat flax pitas as a base for pizzas. Low-sodium tomato sauce, topped with cooked spinach, mushrooms, Red Onion, oregano and garlic powder at cetera. And some chicken breast tenderloin chunks, low fat cheese. Would bake them for about 15 minutes at 3 or 3:50

Thanks for the great video. As I don’t live in the US and lot of the snacks aren’t available here. But most recently popcorners have become available here and I did also find the Bear fruit snacks! 😂 I really like them! Keep the snack recommendations coming!

It’s cool to see how many points actually make up calories you’re set for. I’m set for 1700 calories and I’ve had days that I hit 50 points. Depends on the food I choose.

I've noticed that many of your meals consist of some kind of wrap or bowl. Do you ever eat comfort food such as mashed potatoes, meatloaf, chili, mac-n-cheese, beef stroganoff, etc.?

We do!! Usually bowls and wraps are more what we have for breakfasts and lunches! I would make pasta or Mac and cheese every night for dinner if I could 😂 but I’ll have to do a video on more of the comfort foods we like to eat like that!

Hi Nikki, thanks for the video. I have a question. When you go over on your points everyday like that, do you find at the end of the week that you’ve gained any weight? Cause if I go over then my whole week seems messed up and I don’t lose that week and usually gain a pound or two?

I like to spread my weeklies out all week and earn back points from working out so that is why I usually maintain even when I go over each day! Every once in a while I go over by a lot and use up more than my weeklies but usually I just try to divide them up across the week!

I usually only track ww points but for these videos I like to compare the two for five days just to see how I’m doing and if I’m eating enough calories/protein while tracking with ww!

I think this new WW Plan, is not good for someone like me that eats vegan. It puts our main stable foods with points, but yet someone can eat meats and they are 0, it really sucks.
