shrimp pasta
bowl gf pasta + cook wild shrimp in butter + garlic for 2-3 mins each side. add shrimp to pasta + top with fresh parsley + lemon juice + salt + capers! SO easy!
fish + veggies
my dad cooked the fish in ghee, garlic, white wine, topped with capers + marinated peppers. I baked the zucchini at 400F for about 20 mins covered in MCT oil + herbs de Provence + garlic + top with Parmigiano reggiano + side of orange juice for carbohydrate
bone broth rice
rinse 1 cup of rice + bring 2 cups of bone broth to a boil. add rice to boiling broth and immediately reduce heat to low + cover with a lid for 15 mins. once the timer is up, turn off the heat and allow the rice to finish cooking for 10 more minutes with the lid on. perfect every time!

Loved this weeks video! In answer to your questions: I LOVE garlic! I get a bag of already peeled garlic from Costco and chop it up in the food processor. I fill 2 quart size jars with the chopped garlic and cover it with olive oil. It stores beautifully in the refrigerator and is SO easy to scoop out fresh garlic when ever I need it. I give the other quart jar to my neighbor or a friend. It lasts a while and all you need to do is make sure it is covered in the olive oil and it will lasts a long time. We go through it so fast though. Super easy!!! Do I wear aprons when I cook? Absolutely. It is my kitchen uniform. I always feel so professional, feminine, and nurturing when I wear it. Plus my mom made me mine- same pattern as yours. There is just something so wholistic about wearing an apron. It just makes the experience so complete. Like you are showing up. Not to mention the whole preserve your beautiful clothes aspect. Thanks for all the tips. Love the grocery hauls to get ideas for new food to try. Love you girl. Shalom peace as you write.
