I'm probably the strangest person ever but I absolutely love how you included all the sounds of you and Jon enjoying the food. The happy dances, crunching, chewing and all. It reminds me of when I would have gatherings with my friends and how we just talked over the goodness of the food and just simply enjoyed it. There was nothing "proper" about it. If there was a slurp, it wasn't condemned, it was part of the symphony of the meal we were having. I know it's genetics when it comes to being okay with sounds of food and eating; I believe I'm the only one in my family that is fascinated by the sound of people chewing: growing up I would always tell my mom I envied her crunch because it always made me feel she was eating something more delicious than I was lol.

Thank you for this video. My relationship with food is still questionable, but getting better. (Often I don’t actually want to eat.) So hearing your thoughts on how to have a healthy relationship with food really helps, and I’ll definitely be coming back to this video later. But for now, I think I’m going to go eat!

“When you reap your harvest in your field and forget a sheaf in the field, you shall not go back to get it. It shall be for the sojourner, the fatherless, and the widow, that the Lord your God may bless you in all the work of your hands. When you beat your olive trees, you shall not go over them again. It shall be for the sojourner, the fatherless, and the widow. When you gather the grapes of your vineyard, you shall not strip it afterward. It shall be for the sojourner, the fatherless, and the widow. You shall remember that you were a slave in the land of Egypt; therefore I command you to do this.''-Deuteronomy 24:19-22

After watching this video I was sold on the Galanz 8 in 1 Multi-cooker. I got one for Mother's Day and I'm struggling to find recipes for this model. I'm air frying ok but it's the other functions that I don't know how to use. The small booklet wasn't very helpful. I went to the Galanz website & there's nothing for this model. Can anyone help?
