(you can laugh, it's ok) I'm from Texas in the U.S. We LOVE our steak. No I am not a vegetarian! After watching this video, I think that after a week spent eating your meals that I could easily be tempted to go more heavy on the vegetable side. I also learned a lot about cooking. Thank You for showing us how we can better use our garden harvests.

I'm so happy I found your channel! Currently I can't afford to have a garden to grow my own goods, but I've switched to only local and seasonal foods this September and this kind of video really helps! Recipes can become bland, repetitive and boring real fast. So..Thank you, keep up the good work!

Thanks for those ideas. I’m now starting my third year of growing almost everything we eat. Only possible because I heard about no digging growing. Whilst we still eat meat it’s reduced significantly by accident. Those recipes are so easy to follow. I’ll make sure that this year I have enough variety to last through the winter and I’ll be cooking all your recipes in the next week or so. Just found your channel today 😊

Love this! I'm a vegan and have always loved cooking and baking, but I have to say that 2020 has taken a toll on me and that lately I've been lacking inspiration/motivation in the kitchen. I love how you get creative and use what you have on hand, which definitely sparked some inspiration in me. And the best thing is that I can easily make all your dishes vegan without even trying too hard! :) Thank you!

Beautiful video, very well done, and I thought the lighting was fine. Definitely you should do more like this. I find with a lot of casual gardeners I know, they are not in the mindset of just eating what is in the garden, and things just go to waste. We're vegetarians too, so I appreciated all the meal ideas as well.

For Americans wondering what speculoos is---> These simple cookies are practically Belgium's national cookie, and one bite tells you why: they're thin, crunchy and simply packed with the warm flavors of dark brown sugar and a precise mixture of nine spices including cinnamon, cloves, pepper and cardamom."

Wonderful video Vera! Short enough, but very clear and with just about enough explanation. Loved the in between shots of you harvesting the ingredients from the garden as well. Groetjes, Debbie
