Please everyone remember when watching these videos that EVERY SINGLE PERSON is different, every body is different, everyone needs different amounts and types of food to be satisfied and happy, so PLEASE do not compare yourself to anyone online, including your favourite KZbinr, ever. All of this food looked amazing, but I know personally it would never be enough for me, and that’s okay!! I can still appreciate the deliciousness, find meal inspiration, and be happy for Grace that she is living her best life ❤️❤️

I think I eat a reasonable amount but I'm 5 foot 10 and diets depend on the amount of activity you do. Also everyone has different requirements it's not as easy as one type of diet fits everyone.

I’m so glad Grace didn’t feel like she had to have a “clean eating day” the day after she was eating out with her friend. Instead she was like “gotta keep the good food moments going”. Such a good mix of “healthy” home cooking and eating out and snacks.
