Hi Yasuko, thank you for another video! :D Your son is adorable and so joyful. The recipes this week looked delicious, I will definitely try tofu menchi-katsu and the curry sauce you made! The tomato and egg dish also seems convenient and delicious. How is the weather on the east coast? Here the weather became unexpectedly hot after some cold weather which is a bit confusing but thankfully we have delicious fall vegetables arriving such as brussel sprouts. I can't wait for fall to arrive but also don't want to rush summer going away 😂I hope you enjoy the last few weeks of summer, take care!

Thanks! 🥰 The weather on the east coast has been pretty good recently but definitely a little cooler than it was a couple of weeks ago, nights are much cooler. I like fall vegetables too! One of my favourites is kabocha squash which I think is called butternut squash here, it's great! Yes I don't want the summer to go away too fast, don't want to have a long winter 🥶. Thanks and you have a great week too!

Hi Yasuko, how are you doing? Your son is so cute, his face makes me smile! I have question for you, how do you keep your cabbage fresh?I took mine out of the freezer, forgot it and now its brownish, looks terrible. Any help would be appreciated TIA. Have a great week, I look forward to your videos
@whatsfordinner_japanese3 ай бұрын
hmm I've never frozen cabbage before maybe the moisture from thawing out made it go brown quicker 🤔. I usually just keep mine in the fridge and eat it all within 7 to 10 days. I hope that helps! Thanks for your comment and thanks for watching! 😊
