Hi Patty! Enjoyed watching the video! I’m also dieting myself and I’ve found even if we indulge in foods that aren’t “healthy” for us it’s okay and doesn’t mean we failed our diet. As long as you eat things in moderation and don’t over eat you’ll achieve your goal and with the right attitude! You got this!

Hii I watched this video right before sleeping and it calmed me down to sleep a lot haha! Your meals seemed quite balanced I love how you included tasty foods like pizza as well. I also use move with Nicole workouts for a weekly plan! She’s amazing and I got great results from the workouts:) keep going with your goals❤
