Lions Mane mushrooms are great, but, if you're going to use mushrooms as a base for a vegan crab cake, you should really use lobster mushrooms, if you can find them at your local farmers market. They already naturally taste like fish (hence the name) to the point that you probably wouldn't even need to use the Furikake and kelp powder. Although, both of those are nutrient dense and good for us nutritionally, but, just sayin....
