Hey so I'm new to this and trying to stay true to this lol. Hopefully you do answer. My question is being that you are a mushroom lover is it right to store it in the frig and how long can you store mushrooms before they are no longer cookable and how can you actually tell when they are bad?

Hiiii!!! So excited for you!! For mushrooms I store them in the fridge in the container I buy them in or in a reusable zip loc type of bag with a paper towel. I typically cook them within 4-5 days of buying them because then tend to get slimy after too long
