It is so hit or miss! Kind of gummy but can also be firm when cooked right. I rarely use it because it’s so hit or miss

How’d you make the sweet potatoes

Toss them in some olive oil and seasonings like salt pepper garlic powder or a seasoning blend that you prefer and then I airfried them on about 390 until they were tender on the inside but firm on the outside
