I love learning about health, the natural detox/healing foods, the rebounder for the lymphatic system and getting muscles activated without hurting the joints, and I always love learning about new fruits and vegetables from you. You explain things so kindly, without judgement or harshness, with excitement, and you inspire me to eat more healthy foods. Thank you for sharing your love of being healthy.

Hi Christine…thank you for this very informative video on how you eat. It’s very inspiring and I was wondering if you could do a video on how you keep all your greens and fruit fresh. I see you lay and store a lot of the fruits on your counter. What do you refrigerate and what do you keep out? My greens always tend to deteriorate before I can use them? This would be a very helpful video as a follow up to this one. Many thanks for all your work.

I love plants, too. My most recent plant is a Jade pothos. I also have a ponytail palm that is growing so good. I have 2 large spider plants and a couple coleus plants. My next plant will be a Philodendron "Birkin". I think they are just so pretty with the stripes on the leaves. I have a couple of cacti. But I would like to get a donkey tail and a Goldfish plant and maybe string of pearls or a string of hearts. Just think, I live in an apartment with not much plant space. It's very cold here now so they are all under lights. Oh, I also have a Swiss cheese monstera plant. They are a lot of work.

Hello! Do you eat organic or does it not matter too much to you? I have Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis with a goiter and endometriosis (to where I can’t do daily activities) and have been working on healing my body and reducing pain through buying mostly organic, working on eliminating bread and dairy (I’m a vegetarian), and reading up on my conditions via books and research. I have been eating high carb low fat vegan (no legumes) and still my brain fog and now arthritis going on. Don't know what I'm doing wrong. I'm thinking maybe lowering high oxalate foods? One should think a diet shouldn't be this complicated 😔 so agree on the anti inflammatory foods. The durian.. I can't get over the smell of it. Love to see more videos I've been missing you. I wish I can eat a lot of those fruit and veggies but I have allergies that have a lot of co reactors that comes from a lot of fruit and veggies. I still eat them tho just as long as they are cook. raw hurts my stomach.

Here's the thing. Do you guys eat organic? If you don't eat only organic the glyphosate residues on your food could be killing your intestinal flora and it is the intestinal flora that converts ALL our food into the nutrients we need, So in other words if you eat kale, you're not getting the nutrients directly from the kale but from the products of what your gut bacteria turn that kale into.
